With the Fed signalling that interest rates may drop in 2024, stocks and REITs performed well in the 4th quarter of 2023 [1]. This led to my Talmud-style (personal) fund becoming overweight stocks and real estate relative to my targets. Further, with growth stocks disproportionately benefiting from higher rates, my growth portfolio performed well relative to the broader market.
